We already put some important stuff like the chat guide or the FAQ, it could be cool to list here others important stuff we should add too :

• Newbie's guide : to say how everyone should behave on the wiki. Just a few words, not a 50 pages law.
• Staff list and description : just to know who's doing what and to be sure people can know what's the right person to contact if needed.
• A timezone list, at least for the staff, to know who's up to work at what time

Don't hesitate to tell if you have other ideas !

• Contribute (page-create) page and its link on the side bar.
• Licence guide, and the CCL icon on the general and each branch's hubs. (Example) Because the RU and CN have a deferent licence clause.

CN has changed to CC BY-SA 3.0 and the russian branch will get a license-icon once they create a hub, and will have to use a snippet that adds a licence icon to the page.
As all other branches are using CC BY-SA 3.0 as like the wiki it's not necessary to mention the licenses separately. Also the license has to be mentioned in the licensed work, not in the hub where the work is listed.

Also according to EN-licensing team, while RU claims to be CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 in fact they are not because all SCP-content is a derivative and so CC BY-SA 3.0, regardless of what they are saying. I wouldn't like to get involved in this discussion though.
